Ingredients:
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box corn meal mix
- 1 8oz. sour cream
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the stick of butter. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour melted butter into mixture and stir until all ingredients mix well together. (It will take a little bit for the corn meal to mix in with the other ingredients). Once they are all mixed together, pour mixture into a baking pan. (Any size pan will work but wide and shallow will cook faster; glass works best). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
