- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- broccoli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- carrots, sliced
- olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 425 F.
- Combine mayo, ranch packet and garlic to make a sauce.
- Spread sauce on crust. Sprinkle on half the mozzarella. Layer vegetables.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until crust is cooked. Serve immediately.
